The IPL is a professional Twenty20 Cricket league in India contested annually by franchise teams representing Indian cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Rajasthan, Punjab.

The IPL is the most attended cricket league in the world and ranked sixth among all sports leagues. In 2020 The IPL brand value dips 3.6% i.e. $5.7 billion due to COVID-19 but still soars at an all-time high competing with other global leagues like the English Premier League or the La Liga.

Total 8 teams participated in IPL 2020. The top 4 teams are MI, DC, RCB and SRH. MI wins most no. of matches and the IPL trophy as well. DC got second place as runner up.

The tournament was originally scheduled to commence on 29 March 2020, but was suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Later on it was announced that the tournament would be played in the United Arab Emirates. All the matches held in three stadium Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah. Most of the match held on Dubai (43%) followed by Abu Dhabi (37%) and Sharjah (20%). In Dubai most of the teams won by batting first (62%) but in Abu Dhabi it was completely different, teams which got field first won more (59%) and in Sharjah team with field first get slightly more benefits.

Most of the team choose field first (55%) after winning the toss and also most of the teams lost (58%) the match after winning the toss.

However, following the above, MI, SRH and CSK take advantage of win the toss while the rest of the teams can’t make difference. While MI is the most successful team by chasing the total with conversion rate (86%), that makes huge difference with other teams . Surprisingly SRH, DC, KKR and MI defend the total.

All time favourite ABD again got most no. of man of the matches followed by many others international players. Few talented domestic players such as RD Gaikwad, SK Yadav are seen in the picture too.
